Podanie Danych jest dobrowolne, jednak niezbędne do udziału w rekrutacji oraz do kontaktu z nami oraz prowadzenia ewentualnej korespondencji.

W zakresie rekrutacji :

• Limango przetwarza Dane udostępnione w przesłanej przez Ciebie aplikacji, a także inne zebrane w trakcie procesu rekrutacji;
• Dane będą przetwarzane w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji, a w przypadku wyrażenia przez Ciebie zgody, także dla potrzeb przyszłych rekrutacji – przez okres trwania procesu rekrutacyjnego lub przyszłych rekrutacji (podstawa: przepisy obowiązującego prawa, w szczególności Kodeksu pracy oraz aktów wykonawczych, a w zakresie szerszym niż określony w tych przepisach, Twoja zgoda).

W zakresie kontaktu z nami:

• Limango przetwarza Dane udostępnione w przesłanym przez Ciebie formularzu kontaktowym, a także inne zebrane w toku korespondencji;
• Dane będą przetwarzane w celu prowadzenia z Tobą korespondencji – przez okres niezbędny do prowadzenia z Tobą korespondencji (podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes lub podjęcie działań na Twoje żądanie, przed zawarciem ewentualnej umowy – w zależności od treści Twojej wiadomości).

Niezależnie w związku z rekrutacją i kontaktem z nami, Dane mogą być przetwarzane w celu ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony przez ewentualnymi roszczeniami – do chwili upływu okresu przedawnienia Twoich ewentualnych roszczeń (podstawa: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes).

Możemy przekazać Twoje dane podmiotom wspierającym nas w naszej bieżącej działalności i prowadzonych procesach rekrutacji. Mogą być nimi:

1. spółki z grupy kapitałowej, w szczególności Limango GmbH,
2. zewnętrzni dostawcy usług informatycznych (w tym systemów IT),
3. podmioty wspierające nas w procesie rekrutacji lub obsłudze korespondencji,
4. podmioty świadczące nam usługi doradcze, konsultacyjne, czy pomoc prawną.

Przysługuje Ci prawo dostępu do Twoich Danych, w tym prawo do uzyskania kopi tych Danych, żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec ich przetwarzania, przenoszenia ich do innego administratora (chyba że podstawą ich przetwarzania są przepisy prawa), jak również prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego ds. ochrony danych osobowych. Jeżeli podstawą przetwarzania Twoich danych jest zgoda, masz prawo ją cofnąć w dowolny sposób i w dowolnym momencie, co nie wpłynie jednak na zgodność  z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Providing the Data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment and to contact us and conduct any correspondence.

In matters of recruitment process:

• Limango processes the Data made available in the application you have uploaded, as well as other data collected during the recruitment process;
• Data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process, and in the case of your consent, also for future recruitment purposes – for the duration of the recruitment process or future recruitment processes (basis: provisions of applicable law, in particular the Labor Code and executive acts, and in the scope broader than specified in these regulations, your consent).

In matters of contact with us:

• Limango processes the Data made available in the contact form you have sent, as well as other collected in the course of correspondence;
• The Data will be processed in order to correspond with you – for the period necessary to conduct correspondence with you (base: our legitimate interest or taking action on your request, before concluding a possible contract – depending on the content of your message).

Regardless of the recruitment and contact with us, the Data may be processed to establish, investigate or defend against any claims – until the expiration of your possible claims (basis: our legitimate interest).

We can transfer your data to entities supporting us in our ongoing operations and recruitment processes. They can be:

1. companies from the capital group, in particular Limango GmbH,
2. external IT service providers (including IT systems),
3. entities supporting us in the recruitment process or handling correspondence,
4. entities providing us with advisory, consultancy or legal assistance services.

You have the right to access your Data, including the right to obtain a copy of such Data, requesting rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, opposition to processing, transferring to another Administrator (unless the basis of their processing is the law), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body for personal data protection. If the basis for the processing of your data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw it in any way and at any time, which, however, will not affect the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
